Editor's Note
Hello, everyone. Continuing the theme of Issue No. 191, this issue follows the ten-year journey of Women Techmakers (WTM) and its support for women engineers in technology. We sincerely appreciate the enthusiastic response to this series.
Issue No. 192 features three inspiring women:
Feature Report: Dr. Fang-Jing Wu, Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering at National Taiwan University. After many years of research and teaching overseas through a research-abroad program, she returned to Taiwan and brought an international perspective to university education.
Life: Dr. Shih-Fan Chou, Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering at National Taiwan University of Science and Technology. She shares her journey from business management to computer science, offering an inspiring example for female university students.
Profile: Yi-Hua Chu, a WTM Taipei Ambassador, discusses the importance of promoting WTM’s core values and continuing to speak up for women in technology.
Their dedication to technology and gender equality—and their steady efforts to turn their ideals into action—are deeply inspiring. Let us continue supporting DEI: Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, while sharing the belief that “STEM is our CHOICE” and encouraging young girls to pursue their dreams.
