The 1% Impact Makers program for women university students exploring careers in AI, cloud computing, semiconductors, and materials solutions

This summer, Wiwynn—a global leader in cloud and AI infrastructure—and Qnity—a materials solutions leader across the semiconductor value chain—are joining forces with the Taiwan Women in Science and Technology Association (TWiST) to create a development experience that combines industry insight, leadership learning, and professional networking for women in technology.

Do you want to become part of the 1% who create meaningful impact in the age of AI, cloud computing, and data?

Through collaboration between industry and academia, the program will take you inside the technology sector, show you how leading companies operate, and help you build practical experience and connections as you grow into a leader who can shape the future.

Three Key Learning Experiences for Becoming a 1% Impact Maker

Industry Perspectives

Step into the world of leading technology companies and learn how multinational firms such as Wiwynn and Qnity are positioned across AI, cloud computing, semiconductors, and materials solutions. Gain firsthand insight into industry trends and the skills companies are seeking.

Leadership Stories

Meet senior executives and women leaders in technology. Their real-world career stories reveal the many paths women can take in the industry and offer practical perspectives for finding your own direction and possibilities.

Hands-on Workshop

Through group discussion and scenario-based exercises, explore how teams collaborate across departments, discover different functions and career paths, and build connections across universities, disciplines, and industries.
