Congratulations! TWiST Vice President Wen-Chen Hsueh Elected a Fellow of the Chinese Institute of Engineers

In 2023, four individuals were elected Fellows of the Chinese Institute of Engineers, including TWiST Vice President Wen-Chen Hsueh.
