Latest Developments
According to replies from the Department of Gender Equality of the Executive Yuan and the Control Yuan, the Environmental Protection Administration (EPA) would be urged to achieve the requirement that no gender comprise less than one-third of the committee within two committee terms.
The EPA also agreed to consider amending the regulations governing the organization of the Environmental Impact Assessment Review Committee and implementing related administrative measures to achieve this goal.
