Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI): Strengthening Workplace Gender Equality — Event Highlights

The “Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI): Strengthening Workplace Gender Equality” event was successfully held at TSH Biopharm on October 5, 2023.

Dr. Su-Ling Fan of Tamkang University’s Research Development Center of Construction Law was invited to discuss the importance of incorporating gender equality into corporate policies. The event highlighted how organizations can create workplaces where every employee feels more equal, safe, comfortable, and empowered to reach their full potential.
