The theme of the 2023 convention was “Women in Science and Technology on the Global Stage: Prelude.”
The convention connected women in science and technology around the world and examined how workplaces and educational institutions can build more gender-equitable organizations and diverse, inclusive teams.
Participants identified areas for improvement and proposed recommendations. The convention organizers subsequently consolidated these perspectives into recommendations for communication with government agencies and the business community, formally presenting them on behalf of the women in science and technology community and amplifying their international impact.
