2022 “Lead with Heart” Online Workshop: Event Highlights

The “Lead with Heart” Online Workshop, facilitated by Yu-Mei Lien, Founder of La Tron Coaching Studio, was held from May 9 to August 15, 2022. The program included eight sessions totaling 16 hours, providing participants with a rewarding and meaningful learning experience.

Jointly organized by the Taiwan Women in Science and Technology Association (TWiST) and the Chinese Institute of Engineers, the workshop introduced women in technology—including undergraduate and graduate students and working professionals—to nonviolent communication. The course aimed to strengthen their communication and leadership skills and prepare them to become effective workplace leaders.
