我國的科技發展長久以來獲得國際推崇及肯定，女科技人的參與仍是少數，然而她們在科技領域中逐步發揮影響力，樹立女性領導新典範。為了鼓勵更多女性加入科技的行列，建立性別友善的學習與工作環境和多元包容的團隊合作是世界的潮流。
2023年女科技人大會的主題為「科技女力國際進行式-前導」，鍊結國際女性科技人，發揮影響力，提昇本國的科技性別平等。我們誠摯的邀請您一同參與，共創美好未來。🤝
The advances in Taiwan's science and technology have long been well recognized internationally. The participation of female scientists/technologists is still in the minority. However, they have gradually exerted their influences in the STEM fields and become the role model of female leadership. To encourage more girls and women to join the STEM pipeline, establishment of gender-friendly learning and working environments as well as diverse and inclusive team works is a global trend.
In 2023, the theme of Women in Science and Technology Convention (WiST) is "International Chapter on STEM Women Empowerment". We wish connect female scientists and technologists around the world to improve gender equality in STEM pipeline in Taiwan. We sincerely invite you to join the 2023 WiST for a better future. 🤝
